The cold is creeping up on us, slowly but shortly. It’s about that time we scramble in our wardrobes for our winter jackets and make way for the over-sized puffers trend.
This week Willow Smith was at Tottenham Court Road Station! This was to promote her collaboration with Prada that is out now. It has been said that she was on the central line due to the similarity of the Prada red stripe and the line. This experience was also to delve into the urban heritage of Linea Rossa and to connect with the different lives and experiences of the underground as well as it in my opinion being a very good public promotion for the companying… the heart of Central London.
Prada as well as other brands at the moment has gone for a more sustainable approach with their newest collection, being aware of the environment. Their garments are incorporated with polyester fibres from plastic bottles that subsequently reduce CO2 emissions by 75 percent. It’s time we start to save this planet we live on right?
In the collection the fabrics are advanced, the manufacture and shapes that are in the garments are innovative and contain certain tech specific textiles which create the dynamic range of the garments perforce in keeping the customer thermally heated and repellent to water.
If possible, get your hands on sustainable fashion like these Prada beauties (currently retailing from $1,980)! But until we can successfully bridge the gaps between cost, style and sustainability, here’s how to get the look without breaking the bank!
