Glowing skin is something that everyone wants. However, not everyone can obtain that glowing skin so easily.
There are two ingredients that can work wonders and get you that awaited glowing skin. These two ingredients are: buttermilk and turmeric.
Buttermilk is something that has many health and beauty benefits. It is a superb source of calcium, B-vitamins and potassium. Also, it is rich in lactic acid that is found in many beauty products. Buttermilk contains probiotics that can help the digestive system and strengthen the immune system as well. Moreover, buttermilk is the best facial peel that doctors choose for softening, brightening and exfoliating skin. Buttermilk’s high acidic and astringent nature treats age spots, freckles and even tightens the skin.
You can apply just pure buttermilk on your face, leave it on for a while and wash your face before you go to bed.
As for turmeric; it has been used as a beauty product for many centuries. Turmeric is an inexpensive and natural way of treating several skin problems and getting flawless skin.
The mixture that I will share with you today will not only rid you of the stubborn skin tan, but will also give you radiant and glowing skin.
This is an easy remedy and quite effective for your skin.

Buttermilk and Turmeric Face Mask
1 tsp buttermilk
1 tsp turmeric

  • Mix both ingredients together until everything is combined
  • Then apply the mixture to your face; making sure that your face is clean and dry at the time
  • Leave it on for approximately twenty minutes for it to work effectively
  • Rinse your face with water
  • This can be repeated a few times a week

Note: This mask should not be uncomfortable at all, but as with anything new, if you have rather sensitive skin, you might want to test a small part of your skin first before applying it on your face for the full twenty minutes.

If you don’t have buttermilk to hand, you can mix flour and milk with turmeric and follow Hello-Glow’s Tumeric Mask guidelines. Great results can be achieved from the comfort of your kitchen.
