The mood you wake up in the morning reflects your day ahead. Always start your morning as a fresh new day and leave the events of the previous night behind; whether they were good or bad. Think positive thoughts with a clear mind. Being happy and remaining positive is all a part of living healthy. So once your morning begins on a good note, the rest of the day will also follow optimistically.

  1. Drink Water

Drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up rehydrates your body, revs up your digestive system and gets things flowing in your body. If you drink one glass of water upon waking up on a regular basis, you will begin to notice positive changes in your body, such as clearer skin and far better digestion than usual. Moreover, drinking water early in the morning can help suppress your hunger. You can also squeeze a table spoon of fresh lemon juice into the glass of water for a bit of a kick to get your morning going.

  1. Drink Green Tea

One cup of warm green tea before breakfast is a must. Green tea improves the function of the brain as the key ingredient in green tea is caffeine, which is a stimulant. Also, as green tea is a fat burner it is a superb pre breakfast drink. The polyphenol found in green tea intensifies the fat burning process, which is great for those that want to shed a bit of weight. Moreover, green tea keeps your mouth fresh and teeth clean. Also, eating an apple in the morning can restore the sugar your body loses overnight.  Therefore, it is good to eat an apple on an empty stomach early in the morning.
